I successfully developed and implemented an innovative hiring and onboarding program, resulting in reduced time-to-hire and reduced cost to fill. I incorporated a comprehensive screening process, streamlined onboarding procedures and a personalized approach to ensure that new hires were equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in their role.
Personal/fun facts
I have two (soon to be three) sons, and five dogs. I love spending time outdoors with my family, especially being out on the lake in the summertime. During college, I was on the University of Kentucky cheerleading team and am a huge Wildcats fan!
